Our aim is to provide you with the best service possible. We understand that if you want chocolate, then you want it now!
So if you order before 12:00 midday we can normally send your order out on the same day. But please be aware that we cannot guarantee this as there will occassionally be times when this is not possible due to out of stock items and busy periods.

If you live in the UK, then we will send your order First Class with Royal Mail. With this service Royal Mail aim to deliver the next day. At busy times of the year this can take a little longer and Royal Mail will only consider an item lost if it has not been delivered after seven days.

If you live outside the UK, we will still send your order with Royal Mail. The delivery times vary, but most customers seem to receive their order within one week.

We charge you postage at cost - we don't add on anything extra.
