I would not say that it is the best chocolate i've ever tasted, but it is really nice. It isn't a silky chocolate, it has a bite to it, but the lecithin does take the edge off the brittleness that might otherwise be. The chocolate itself, i think actually has a very slight hint of fruity hue to it ((different kind of chocolates have different hints of tastes, depending on where it was grown)). I'd buy it again:)).

Out of all the raw chocolate I've tried, this one tastes the most like normal dark chocolate, quite sweet, good bite.

I really looked forward to trying this one out, but unfortunately it was disappointing. The texture is good and it's just sweet enough, but the taste is bad! Really bad...
