Pacari Organic 85% Raw Chocolate
PACARI CHOCOLATE Pacari's 85% chocolate was used by Paul A Young to create Gold Award winning truffles for the International Chocolate Awards 2012. The 85% cacao raw bar offers a blend of fine Ecuadorian cacao bringing a subtle wave of flavours which begin with a taste of citrus flowers followed by strong cacao and hints of jasmine and nuts. All of the cacao ingredients in our raw chocolate are minimally processed and kept at low temperatures to maintain the antioxidants and complex flavour profile of the natural cacao.
Ingredients: Cacao beans, cane sugar, cacao butter, sunflower lecithin (dairy and soy free , may contain traces of nuts)
