Raw Chocolate Pie with Ginger & Orange Zest

These new raw chocolate pies are soft, chewy and very delicious. Although the size of a chunky bar, they're not like a regular chocolate - these pies are a combination of nuts and ground cacao nibs, all held together with coconut butter and agave. The carob flavours come through quite strongly, but seems very at home in this kind of bar. Though they do not need to be kept refrigerated, they're definitely best served chilled. Highly recommended!
